POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Benefits division provides Wellness Consulting Services, designing and implementing wellness programs in a variety of industries and settings. Our goal is to help our clients minimize their employee health risks in order to minimize their employee health costs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop and implement effective workplace wellness programs for clients.
Deliver outstanding customer service on an ongoing basis, to internal and external customers.
Design, develop, implement, monitor and evaluate wellness/health education programs, tailored to meet and/or exceed our customer expectations while keeping within the broader corporate policies and framework in mind.
Design, develop, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate a strategic program to familiarize and educate the Sales force with the workplace wellness support services of our business.
Integrate the corporate wellness vision with the desire to help clients achieve an optimum level of health through ongoing customized wellness/health/preventive education activities.
Continue to form collaborative relationships with clients, providers, and preferred vendors in an effort to enlist input and assistance with the implementation of wellness, health promotion and preventive education programs.
Assume accountability for planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating special Workplace Wellness events (i.e. Seminars; Training Programs; etc).
Develop and maintain inter/intradepartmental rapport by establishing effective working relationships with team members thus building credibility and reliability through while demonstrating customer focus and value to the organization.
Research, prepare and present reports for Senior Leadership Team; All Management; Corporate etc. in a clear, succinct, organized manner, to effectively convey the Wellness/Health/Preventive Education Program’s message in a meaningful and compelling way.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Bachelors Degree in public health or related field required; Masters highly preferred.
A minimum of two years experience in public health, wellness promotion, health education or public relations/marketing fields is required.
A strong business acumen, proven expertise in oral/written communication, the ability to compile and present information to Senior Leadership with demonstrated analytical problem solving and decision making capabilities are essential.
Candidate must have documented ability to create marketing plans and materials, program designs and curricula, and provide educational sessions for multiple audiences.
Individual must be self motivated requiring minimal supervision, possess the ability to establish relationships throughout the organization (at the local and corporate level) as well as within the business/professional community.
Candidate must be a motivated self-starter who will be able to manage multiple projects utilizing excellent time management, conflict resolution and creative skills.
